| Gene Description | NFATC1, nuclear factor of activated T-cells 1, is a transcription factor that belongs to the NFAT family, primarily playing a role in the regulation of T cell function (PMID: 15928679). Overexpression of Nfatc1 has been observed in pancreatic cancer (PMID: 22950383) and an EWSR1-NFATC1 fusion has been identified in bone epithelioid hemangioma (PMID: 23480895). | ||||||||||
