| Gene Description | NOTCH4, notch receptor 4, is one of four Notch transmembrane receptors, that bind Delta or Jagged ligands (PMID: 30289388), and plays a role in cell fate regulation, proliferation, and survival (PMID: 24403446). NOTCH4 overexpression in TNBC plays a role in proliferation and invasiveness (PMID: 24403446, PMID: 29805613), has been observed in tamoxifen-resistant breast cancer (PMID: 28108315) and oral squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 27197026), and may be prognostic for progression in colorectal cancer (PMID: 30026833, PMID: 29693251). | ||||||||||
