| Gene Description | PCDH7, protocadherin 7, encodes a gene belonging to the protocadherin family, and plays a role in regulating intercellular adhesion and homotypic cell-in-cell formation (PMID: 32457908), and nerve cell morphology and synaptic function (PMID: 32616769). PCDH7 overexpression has been identified in non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 27821484), and bone metastases of breast cancer (PMID: 23751349), and a fusion with MAP3K8 has been detected in Spitzoid neoplasms (PMID: 30640733). | ||||||||||
