| Gene Description | CRBN, cereblon, is a substrate receptor for the E3 ligase complex CRL4, which mediates ubiquitination and degradation of several proteins including Ck1alpha, GS, c-Jun, and Meis2 (PMID: 34489457, PMID: 26990986, PMID: 29748389, PMID: 25043012). CRBN mutations have been identified in multiple myeloma (PMID: 31558666) and decreased expression of CRBN has been observed in lung cancer (PMID: 36164994). | ||||||||||
