| Gene Description | TNFRSF12A, tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 12A, is a membrane receptor for Tnfsf12, which regulates diverse cellular functions including proliferation, differentiation, and inflammation (PMID: 28639899). TNFRSF12A expression level has been associated with prognosis of breast, gastric, lung, and liver cancers (PMID: 28639899) and hypomethylation of TNFRSF12A has been observed in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 31998364). | ||||||||||
