| Gene Description | PDE3A, phosphodiesterase 3A, encodes a cGMP-inhibited cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase that plays diverse roles in cellular function including oocyte maturation (PMID: 11988323), vascular function (PMID: 22051884), and apoptosis (PMID: 32591543). Overexpression of Pde3a has been identified in breast cancer (PMID: 31871268), gastrointestinal stromal tumor (PMID: 30530703), and hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 29425759). | ||||||||||
