| Gene Description | VGLL1, vestigial like family member 1, is a transcription co-factor that forms a complex with the transcription factor Tead4, and plays a role in mediating cell proliferation (PMID: 22632831, PMID: 24504694). Increased VGLL1 expression has been associated with breast carcinoma (PMID: 24891455), gastric cancer (PMID: 31816819), and a fusion with EWSR1 has been identified in pediatric neuroepithelial neoplasms (PMID: 31697442) and myoepithelial tumor (PMID: 31925773). | ||||||||||
