| Gene Description | MED15, mediator complex subunit 15, encodes a subunit of the RNA polymerase II mediator complex and plays a role in transcriptional co-activation (PMID: 22195967, PMID: 31036407). Increased Med15 expression has been observed in prostate cancer (PMID: 24374838), breast cancer (PMID: 23014762), bladder cancer (PMID: 30127891), testicular germ cell tumors (PMID: 26377566), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 25791637), and a fusion with TFE3 has been identified in renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 31828108). | ||||||||||
