| Gene Description | KDM3B, lysine demethylase 3B, is a histone demethylase influencing H3K9 histone modification and chromatin remodeling to regulate cell cycle progression and cell differentiation (PMID: 30514438). Decreased Kdm3b expression has been reported in breast cancer (PMID: 23266085) and castration resistant prostate cancer (PMID: 31822799), and altered expression has been observed in leukemia (PMID: 28540746). | ||||||||||
