| Gene Description | PLCG2, phospholipase C gamma 2, is a transmembrane enzyme that catalyzes the production of diacylglycerol (DAG) and inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) (PMID: 31853824) and plays a role in immune-receptor signaling transduction (PMID: 27542411, PMID: 25456276, PMID: 16204312). PLCG2 mutations have been demonstrated in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and in inhibitor-resistant chronic lymphocytic leukemia (PMID: 27542411, PMID: 25456276, PMID: 31243043). | ||||||||||
