| Gene Description | ERRFI1, ERBB receptor feedback inhibitor 1, encodes an adaptor/scaffold protein that plays a role in signal transduction, thereby facilitating the regulation of various signaling molecules, which may include members of the Erbb and Egfr family and the Hgf/Met family depending on the physiological condition in the cell (PMID: 17351343). Decreased ERRFI1 expression has been identified in lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma (PMID: 24573418), and breast cancer (PMID: 14871811). | ||||||||||
