| Gene Description | NSD3, nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 3, is a histone methyltransferase of the NSD family (PMID: 30013365) that regulates gene expression via chromatin remodeling (PMID: 23011637). NSD3 overexpression has been reported in bladder cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, chronic myeloid leukemia (PMID: 23011637), colorectal cancer (PMID: 32153656), and NSD3 amplification has been demonstrated in breast and lung cancers (PMID: 24874471). | ||||||||||
