| Gene Description | MAML3, mastermind like transcriptional coactivator 3, is a member of the Mastermind-like family of transcriptional co-activators that enhances Notch receptor signaling (PMID: 12370315), and regulates cell proliferation and differentiation (PMID: 26785999). MAML3 mutations have been identified in oligodendrogliomas (PMID: 26357005) and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 31321674), and MAML3 fusions have been identified in biphenotypic sinonasal sarcoma (PMID: 24859338, PMID: 29730428), undifferentiated small blue round cell sarcomas (PMID: 26752546), pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas (PMID: 28162975, PMID: 31234811), and secretory carcinomas of the salivary gland (PMID: 30130630). | ||||||||||
