| Gene Description | PRKG2, protein kinase cGMP-dependent 2, is a regulatory serine/threonine kinase involved in the development of growth plate cartilage (PMID: 12193576, PMID: 25924610) and the proliferation and differentiation of cells within the gastrointestinal system, nervous system, and lungs (PMID: 33106379, PMID: 35313961, PMID: 16371594, PMID: 22556146). A PRKG2-PDGFRB fusion has been identified in chronic myeloproliferative disorder (PMID: 17296564) and a PRKG2-PDGFRA fusion has been identified in a myeloproliferative neoplasm (PMID: 35342043). | ||||||||||
