| Gene Description | MAPK3, mitogen-activated protein kinase 3, is a serine/threonine kinase involved in the MAPK pathway, thus, playing a role in cellular processes including proliferation, survival, migration, differentiation, and transcription (PMID: 22569528). A few MAPK3 mutations have been demonstrated to confer resistance to ERK inhibitors in vitro (PMID: 25320010). | ||||||||||
