| Gene Description | KLHL7, kelch like family member 7, is a component of the E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that regulates protein degradation (PMID: 21828050). A KLHL7-BRAF has been identified in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PMID: 26314551) and ganglioglioma (PMID: 29880043), and overexpression of Klhl7 has been associated with poor prognosis in breast cancer (PMID: 29633055). | ||||||||||
