| Gene Description | DNAJC12, DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C12, is a co-chaperone of heat shock protein 70, playing a role in protein folding, transport, and translation initiation (PMID: 24122553, PMID: 30139987, PMID: 32519510) and has been found to contribute to the stability of aromatic amino acid hydroxylases, including phenylalanine hydroxylase (PMID: 30667134). An FGFR2-DNAJC12 fusion has been identified in cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 35176488). | ||||||||||
