| Gene Description | GRIPAP1, GRIP1-associated protein 1, is a neuron-specific endosome protein that promotes endosome maturation recycling and regulates synaptic transmission and plasticity through AMPA receptor trafficking, and acts as a scaffold protein in the JNK signaling pathway (PMID: 28285821, PMID: 15897011, PMID: 17761173). A GRIPAP1-NTRK1 fusion has been identified in lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 28235761). | ||||||||||
