| Gene Description | DUSP22, dual specificity phosphatase 22, regulates diverse signaling pathways including MAPK, JNK, and STAT3 pathways, thus may play a role in inflammation and cell proliferation (PMID: 19228121). DUSP22 rearrangements are common in ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma (PMID: 21030553, PMID: 26379151, PMID: 31278738), including a DUSP22-IRF4 fusion in anaplastic large cell lymphoma (PMID: 24894770). | ||||||||||
