| Gene Description | CYSLTR2 , cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2, is a member of the rhodopsin-like family of G-protein coupled receptors that plays a role in inflammation, cellular migration, differentiation and may play a role in apoptosis (PMID: 27089179, PMID: 27150534, PMID: 20824707, PMID: 17909024). Overexpression of Cysltr2 has been observed in colon cancer (PMID: 17909024) and acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 27258612). | ||||||||||
