| Gene Description | PVR, PVR cell adhesion molecule, encodes the cell surface receptor for poliovirus (PMID: 28870470), and plays important roles in cell proliferation, migration, and invasion (PMID: 18648374, PMID: 34514998) and regulation of immune cell function (PMID: 31883911). Pvr overexpression has been identified in a several cancers (PMID: 31883911), including colorectal carcinoma (PMID: 11454801), cutaneous melanoma (PMID: 22929570), and pancreatic cancer (PMID: 25862891). | ||||||||||
