| Gene Description | NECTIN2, nectin cell adhesion molecule 2, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily that plays a role in cell-cell adhesion, regulation of transendothelial migration of immune cells (PMID: 25733141, PMID: 24116228), and in negative regulation of CD8-positive T-cell function (PMID: 30659054). Increased Nectin2 expression has been identified in several tumor types (PMID: 30659054), including breast and ovarian cancer (PMID: 23758976). | ||||||||||
