| Gene Description | RASGRF2, Ras protein specific guanine nucleotide-releasing factor 2, is a guanine exchange factor that mediates activation of Ras and Rho family members, and plays a role in T-cell response and proliferation (PMID: 21111786). Aberrant methylation of RASGFR2 has been reported in NSCLC (PMID: 16596198), decreased expression has been reported in several tumor types, and mutations in RASGRF2 have identified in breast cancer (PMID: 21111786). | ||||||||||
