| Gene Description | ARID4A, AT-rich interaction domain 4A, is a DNA-binding protein (PMID: 33675746, PMID: 24379399) that associates with the SIN3A corepressor complex (PMID: 16479010, PMID: 18193082) and acts as a coactivator for RB1 and AR (PMID: 23487765), which plays a role in regulation of gene expression (PMID: 33675746, PMID: 16479010), cell growth (PMID: 18193082), and male fertility (PMID: 23487765). Decreased ARID4A expression has been demonstrated in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 35402625). | ||||||||||
