| Gene Description | CCND1, cyclin D1, interacts with CDK4 and CDK6 to regulate the cell-cycle in transition from G1 to S phase (PMID: 28611330, PMID: 27695879). Amplification and/or overexpression of CCND1 has been associated with many tumor types, including breast, lung, liver, colorectal cancer, and mantle cell lymphoma (PMID: 28611330), where overexpression of Ccnd1 may promote tumorigenesis (PMID: 19917254), and CCND1 fusions with IGH are recurrent in hematological cancers (PMID: 10329598, PMID: 32257795, PMID: 32035866, PMID: 31695002). | ||||||||||
