| Gene Description | RELA, RELA proto-oncogene, NF-kB subunit, is a component of the NF-kappa-B complex that is involved in transcription regulation in diverse biological events including inflammation, development, and growth (PMID: 16724054). Overexpression of Rela has been identified in ovarian and adrenal gland cancers (PMID: 29673141), and RELA-fusions have been associated with ependymomas (PMID: 29258295). | ||||||||||
