| Gene Description | RFC1, replication factor C subunit 1, encodes the 140-kDa subunit of the replication factor C complex, which loads PCNA onto DNA (PMID: 9488738, PMID: 34751190), and is involved in DNA replication (PMID: 10656791, PMID: 10656792) and maintenance of genomic stability (PMID: 33339954). RFC1 overexpression has been identified in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells (PMID: 10946852). | ||||||||||
