| Gene Description | RIT1, Ras-like without CAAX 1, is a member of the RAS superfamily of small GTPases that plays a role in regulation of cell signaling, proliferation, and survival (PMID: 23770287). RIT1 mutations have been observed in lung adenocarcinoma and myeloid leukemia (PMID: 30872527), and germline mutations are associated with Noonan syndrome (PMID: 24469055, PMID: 23791108). | ||||||||||
