| Gene Description | RPA3, replication protein A3, is a subunit of the heterotrimeric RPA protein, which plays a role in DNA replication and repair (PMID: 16935876, PMID: 29807999, PMID: 27151292). Overexpression of Rpa3 has been observed in gastric cancer (PMID: 28766245) and hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 28683444), and RPA3 amplification has been identified in breast cancer (PMID: 24955146). | ||||||||||
