| Gene Description | BCR, BCR activator of RhoGEF and GTPase, is a serine-threonine protein kinase, which may be involved in cell regulation and signaling (PMID: 15494376). Fusion proteins of BCR-ABL1 result in constitutive kinase activity and have been reported in various cancers (PMID: 18851712) and BCR-ABL1 is also known as the Philadelphia chromosome and is prevalent in chronic myeloid leukemia (PMID: 18827185, PMID: 21435002). | ||||||||||
