| Gene Description | RPL11, ribosomal protein L11, is part of the 60S subunit (PMID: 26220995), and plays a role in maintaining nucleolar integrity (PMID: 27265389), ribosome biogenesis (PMID: 17938242), and induction of Tp53 via inhibition of the MDM2 pathway upon ribosomal stress (PMID: 19287375). Mutations in RPL11 have been identified in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 23377281). | ||||||||||
