PRDM1 plays a tumor suppressor role in various tumor types (PMID: 22143801; PMID: 20047096) and decreased expression may predict poor survival in colon cancer patients (PMID: 29760071) and may promote metastasis in lung cancer (PMID: 28378641). | ||||||||||
