| Gene Description | COP1, COP1 E3 ubiquitin ligase, is also known as constitutive photomorphogenesis protein 1 and is a COP-DET-FUS family member and an ubiquitously expressed E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that mediates substrate ubiquitinylation, and functions both as a tumor suppressor and an oncogene (PMID: 22673153, PMID: 21572435, PMID: 21403399, PMID: 32027978). A COP1-NTRK1 fusion has been observed in large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (PMID: 29535388) and Cop1 overexpression has been observed in glioma (PMID: 27534417). | ||||||||||
