| Gene Description | RBM15, RNA binding motif protein 15, is an m6A methyltransferase that regulates RNA methylation (PMID: 28759256, PMID: 27602518) and plays a role in mRNA export (PMID: 17001072, PMID: 19786495). RBM15 mutations and overexpression has been demonstrated in several tumor types (PMID: 35223996), and RBM15-MRTFA (MKL1) fusions are associated with acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (PMID: 11431691, PMID: 24743787). | ||||||||||
