| Gene Description | SOX11, transcription factor SOX-11, is member of the group C of Sry-related high mobility group box family (PMID: 30517979) and is a neural transcription factor involved in neurogenesis and embryonic development (PMID: 29315911). Abnormal expression of Sox11 in B-cells has been observed in typical mantle cell lymphoma (PMID: 29738333, PMID: 30530749) and dysregulated expression has been reported in solid tumors including, ovarian carcinoma, basal-like breast carcinoma, glioma, medulloblastoma, prostate cancer (PMID: 30530749) and hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 30517979). | ||||||||||
