| Gene Description | STAT6, signal transducer and activator of transcription 6, is a STAT family transcription factor (PMID: 31605750) that mediates IL-4/13 signaling and differentiation of Th2 immune cells (PMID: 24470978). Inhibition of Stat6 phosphorylation may enhance the response to 5-fluorouracil in colon cancer (PMID: 32244885), overexpression has been reported in basal cell carcinoma (PMID: 31323143), and NAB2-STAT6 fusions are recurrent in solitary fibrous tumors (PMID: 23313954, PMID: 23313952). | ||||||||||
