| Gene Description | HNF1B, HNF1 homeobox B, is a transcription factor involved in tissue development (PMID: 27615128, PMID: 15668393, PMID: 11934849, PMID: 19966811) and tumorigenesis (PMID: 30394265, PMID: 33580750). HNF1B mutations have been identified in endometrial, ovarian (PMID: 26685938), and chromophobe renal cell tumors (PMID: 16932376), and expression of Hnf1b is dysregulated in a variety of cancers (PMID: 33173410). | ||||||||||
