| Gene Description | TNFRSF4 (OX40), tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4, is expressed on activated T-cells and plays a role in immune co-stimulation through enhanced cell proliferation and survival of T-cells (PMID: 28092803). TNFRSF4 (OX40) antibody based therapies that mimic TNFSF4 (OX40L) may activate T-cells in an antitumor response (PMID: 29574275, PMID: 29529339). | ||||||||||
