| Gene Description | VAV1, vav guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1, is a nucleotide exchange factor for Rho family GTPases and plays a role in cytoskeleton regulation, cell division, immune cell development and function, and carcinogenesis (PMID: 31654719). VAV1 mutations and overexpression have been identified in a variety of hematologic cancer and solid tumors (PMID: 31654719), including adult T cell leukemia/lymphoma (PMID: 26437031), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (PMID: 16704440), lung (PMID: 27158780), pancreatic (PMID: 15652748), and gastric cancer (PMID: 31938123). | ||||||||||
