| Gene Description | EZR, ezrin, is a member of the ERM family that links the cytoplasm to the actin cytoskeleton (PMID: 24924175) and regulates polarization and migration in leukocytes (PMID: 32098334) and macrophages (PMID: 32064151). EZR plays a role in metastasis in a number of cancer types (PMID: 24924175, PMID: 24421310), although decreased Ezr expression has been associated with decreased survival in clear cell renal carcinoma (PMID: 31648868), and an EZR-ROS1 fusion has been identified in lung cancer (PMID: 25667280, PMID: 22327623). | ||||||||||
