| Gene Description | CLIP2, CAP-GLY domain containing linker protein 2, links membranes to microtubules and cell organelles and plays a role in cell polarity (PMID: 21273437). Overexpression of Clip2 has been observed as a radiation exposure marker in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PMID: 25957251, PMID: 25284583) and a fusions with BRAF have been identified in non-Langerhans histiocytic neoplasms (PMID: 26566875), with RET in pediatric spindle mesenchymal tumors (PMID: 31994201), and with MET in glioneural tumors (PMID: 32550005) and pediatric glioblastoma (PMID: 27748748). | ||||||||||
