| Gene Description | ZNF207, zinc finger protein 207, is a transcription factor and C2-H2 zinc-finger domain protein that is involved in regulation of kinetochore-microtubule interaction and chromosome alignment, and plays a role in cellular self-renewal (PMID: 24462187, PMID: 30349051, PMID: 25104085). A fusion of ZNF207 and ERBB2 (HER2) (ZNF207-ERBB2) has been observed in gastric adenocarcinoma (PMID: 25889497). | ||||||||||
