| Gene Description | CXCR4 (Cd184) chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 4, acts as a receptor for both cytokines and ubiquitin, regulating cellular calcium levels and signaling pathways which include PI3K, RAS, and MAPK (PMID: 20228059, PMID: 15339043). CXCR4 expression has been linked to several cancer types and is thought to influence tumor metastasis and vascularization (PMID: 15339043, PMID: 30733896). | ||||||||||
