Gene Description GALNT14, polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 14, is a member of the GALNT superfamily, which is involved in the initiation of mucin-type O-linked glycosylation (PMID: 35312770, PMID: 22183981, PMID: 12507512). Overexpression of GALNT14 has been identified in breast cancer (PMID: 20356418), ovarian cancer (PMID: 27133078, PMID: 34643088), and lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 33964375).
