| Gene Description | ZMYM1, zinc finger MYM-type containing 1, encodes a zinc finger containing protein that associates with the CtBP/LSD1/CoREST transcriptional complex and mediates transcriptional repression of E-cadherin (PMID: 31607270, PMID: 32642280). Increased ZMYM1 expression has been observed in Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia (Blood (2007) 110 (11): 3174) and a fusion with RGS10 has been identified in endometroid carcinoma (PMID: 29633253). | ||||||||||
