| Gene Description | MLLT10, MLLT10 histone lysine methyltransferase DOT1L cofactor, is predicted to encode for a transcription factor, possibly playing a role in hematopoietic differentiation, however, its functional role is unknown (PMID: 18094714, PMID: 23284727). MLLT10 fusions with various gene partners have been identified in leukemia (PMID: 23673860, PMID: 23852159), including a PICALM-MLLT10 fusion in early T-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic lymphoma (PMID: 31739126) and KMT2A-MLLT10 fusions in acute leukemia (PMID: 30707474). | ||||||||||
