| Gene Description | PDCD1LG2, programmed cell death 1 ligand 2, encodes PD-L2, a ligand for PD-1, which upon interaction exert an inhibitory effect on immune response (PMID: 11224527, PMID: 26432723, PMID: 28018338). PDCD1LG2 (PD-L2) is expressed in several tumor types, and amplification and overexpression of PD-L2, along with PD-L1, has been demonstrated in Hodgkin lymphoma and PMBCL (PMID: 28619999, PMID: 26432723). | ||||||||||
