| Gene Description | NPRL3, NPR3 like, GATOR1 complex subunit, encodes a protein belonging to the tumor suppressive GATOR complex (PMID: 23723238), that plays a role in the development of the cardiovascular system (PMID: 22538705), and amino acid sensing (PMID: 23723238), and in cortical development in the fetal brain (PMID: 29481864). Decreased expression of NPRL3 has been observed in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (PMID: 31553483). | ||||||||||
