| Gene Description | NUAK2, NUAK family kinase 2, is an AMPK family member that plays a role in cytoskeletal and cell cycle regulation (PMID: 21911917, PMID: 25832654) and regulates YAP/TAZ of the Hippo pathway (PMID: 30158528). NUAK2 amplification is associated with acral melanoma (PMID: 21911917, PMID: 25832654) and overexpression has been observed in high-grade bladder cancer (PMID: 30158528) and gastric cancer (PMID: 28352350). | ||||||||||
