| Gene Description | KDM5C, lysine demethylase 5C, is a histone demethylase, regulating gene transcription through chromatin remodeling to regulate cell growth and differentiation (PMID: 25016185). Overexpression of Kdm5c has been reported in prostate cancer (PMID: 25016185, PMID: 30921702) and mutations have been observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma and pancreatic cancer (PMID: 31221981). | ||||||||||
